Once they no longer require your personal data to fulfil a service, they will dispose of the details according to BEEM’s data retention policy or as specified in the processing agreement.

Your account is stored by BEEM on a secure server maintained and operated by third-party service providers. These third-party providers are obligated to comply with the relevant data processing agreements in accordance with the Regulation.

If your personal information changes or is incomplete, please inform us promptly at [email protected].  You also have the right to request restrictions on processing, object to processing, request data portability, and opt out of automated decision-making.

If you wish to be forgotten under the Regulation, you can request the deletion of your account through a support ticket to our team at [email protected]. However, please note that by doing so, you may lose access to BEEM's services as we require certain data to provide them.

We reserve the right to evaluate correction requests and may ask for additional evidence to prevent fraud and maintain accuracy.
